Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 12, 2026 | Last Updated: October 12, 2026

Welcome to bradentonleakdetection.com. By accessing our website, utilizing our contact intake forms, or calling our telephone dispatch coordination desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

1. Nature of Referral Dispatch Service

bradentonleakdetection.com functions solely as a marketing and referral dispatch service. We connect consumers and commercial property owners in Bradenton, Florida, and Manatee County with independent third-party leak detection specialists and licensed plumbing contractors.

bradentonleakdetection.com is not a plumbing contractor, does not directly employ service technicians, and does not perform physical leak detection, pipe excavations, or plumbing repairs itself.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

All contractors dispatched through our referral network are independent service providers. Each contractor operates under their own independent business organization, state and municipal licensing, and commercial general liability insurance. We do not control, supervise, or direct the means, methods, or techniques employed by independent contractors during diagnostic testing or subsequent repairs.

Any contractual agreement, quote, estimate, or financial transaction for diagnostic or repair work is strictly between you (the property owner) and the independent service contractor.

3. Pricing and Estimates Disclaimer

Any price ranges, cost factors, or diagnostic estimates displayed on this website are provided strictly for general budgeting and educational guidance. Actual service fees are established exclusively by the independent contractor following on-site physical evaluation and are governed by written agreements executed prior to the commencement of work.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Florida law, bradentonleakdetection.com, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the actions, omissions, negligence, delays, or work product of any independent contractor referred through this platform.

5. Permitting and Licensing Responsibilities

It is the sole responsibility of the property owner and the independent plumbing contractor to verify that all applicable Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) licenses are active and that necessary municipal building permits are obtained from the City of Bradenton or Manatee County Building Development Services prior to executing physical repairs.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state courts situated in Manatee County, Florida.
